Basic Standard Cleaning: Ideal for routine maintenance or a quick refresh. This service includes full vacuuming (no prep needed on your part) and a professional-grade pre-spray to loosen ground-in, oily dirt, leaving your carpets noticeably cleaner and fresher.
Truck-Mounted Hot Water Extraction: Our powerful truck-mounted system uses a manual scrub wand to clean carpets from two directions, ensuring thorough coverage. A residue-free neutralizing rinse is applied to help prevent rapid resoiling and extend the life of your carpet.
Deluxe Rotary Cleaning: The ultimate deep-cleaning solution. This method lifts and restores carpet pile while targeting tough stains with extra pre-spotting. After cleaning, we groom and rake the carpet to set the pile, and provide complimentary surgeon’s booties so you can walk on your carpet while it dries.

Why should I have my carpets and or upholstery cleaned?

Why should I have my carpets and or upholstery cleaned?
• Carpeting and fabrics not cleaned and maintained can cause a variety of health problems
• Life of your carpet or furniture can be extended by routine cleaning
• Regular cleaning will help maintain the look and luster of your carpet

How often should I have my furniture cleaned?

The EPA currently has issued no guidelines on cleaning frequency for upholstery. We recommend that you have your upholstery cleaned every other time your carpet is cleaned.

Should I vacuum before the carpet cleaner arrives?

Yes. In addition, vacuuming is essential to the longevity of your carpet. You should vacuum your carpet as often as possible.

Do you move furniture?

When necessary, we will move and replace small furniture in its original position.
We will not move musical instruments, grandfather clocks, most beds, full China hutches, full bookshelves, entertainment centers, pool tables. We reserve the right not to move any piece of furniture or household object we do not feel comfortable with.

Should I have fabric protector applied after cleaning?

Yes, most carpet manufacturers recommend that you reapply protector after cleaning to restore the original stain resistance. Some manufacturers even require it as part of the warranty of the carpet.

Should I move anything?

Yes, you should remove all nick knack and breakables from the areas to be cleaned.

How long will it take for my carpet or furniture to dry?

Industry standard says 12-24 hours. However, we have found dry times typically range from 4-12 hours. Dry times can be affected by many factors including weather, humidity, and airflow.

How long before I can walk on my carpet?

You can walk on your carpet immediately but is recommended that you limit traffic until completely dry.

Does cleaning your carpet make it wear out faster?

No, actually dirt acts as an abrasive when trapped in your carpet or fabrics and should be removed to reduce wear.

Will you remove all my stains?

Some stains may be very difficult or impossible to remove. There is a difference between a spot and a stain:
• A spot is any foreign material (soil, liquid, etc.) that is removable by standard cleaning methods. The foreign material is on or around the carpet fiber.
• A stain is foreign material (soil, liquid, etc.) on carpet that is not usually removable by standard cleaning methods. The foreign material has penetrated (soaked into) the fiber and has changed or damaged the fiber itself. Some stains may be impossible to remove.
